Together, we’ll look beneath the surface to understand the patterns and tender places in your relationship. This work creates space for empathy, trust, and renewed closeness, so you can move forward feeling more supported and connected to each other.

 

I value creating a space where both of you feel safe, heard, and respected. I’m real, honest, and playful - and I add in a little bit of humor when appropriate.

In our sessions, the Enneagram provides the framework, and I draw on approaches such as the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and somatic healing, which help you communicate more effectively, navigate conflict with care, and rebuild a sense of closeness and teamwork.

Step 1.

Click the “Book a Consult” button and send me an email letting me know what service you’re inquiring about. From there, I’ll set up a free 15-minute Zoom consult where you can share why you’re coming in, ask questions, and get a sense of my services.

Step 2.

If we’re a good fit together, we’ll schedule our first sessions which are individual typing interviews. Prior to your intake appointments, you will receive electronic paperwork to fill out. All sessions are done through Zoom and links are sent out the day of.

Step 3.

We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly for 50-minute sessions. Our work will continue as long as you’d like. I encourage clients to check in bi-yearly or yearly after we wrap up, it’s important to me that you know I will continue to be a resource for you.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need to do typing interviews even if we know our types?

  • Yes. Typing interviews are part of our intake process and serve as highly useful information gathering for our work together. While I am supporting you in landing in type, I am also supporting your process by collecting important details and a comprehensive history,

What are your rates?

  • The investment is $190 per couples session.

How long do clients work with you for?

  • This largely depends on your needs, goals, and desires. Typically, I work with clients long term (+6 months), but I also have short term clients who I support through a season of life.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

  • The biggest difference between coaching and therapy is that as coaches we do not assess, diagnose, or treat mental health conditions. I do process how it manifests through the lens of your type structure and offer supportive healing techniques. I have seen coaching described as having a future orientation and therapy as a past orientation, but my approach and training involves exploring and understanding all parts of you. Your life experiences contribute greatly to your present and your future - all areas require attention and intention to heal and move forward.

How quickly will I experience change?

  • Opportunities for growth occur during our first session, but real change happens over time with continuous commitment and practice. Awareness alone does not create change, which is why I focus on creating clear action steps at the end of every session that allow you to integrate and embody what you are learning. You’re only with me for 50 minutes, and what happens outside of sessions really matters to me. I’ll give you the tools and practices to elicit real, lasting change - the only requirement is that you actually implement them!

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover. All payments are processed through Square directly after our sessions.
