Welcome, I’m Amanda!
I see the world through a relational lens (hello, type 4!). For me, everything comes back to how we connect - with ourselves, with each other, and with the world around us. That connection begins on the inside, in the quiet work of self-compassion and the steady practice of curiosity.
When we bring this inner work into our relationships, understanding grows, trust builds, old cycles have a chance to end - and life? It’s simply better.
When I’m not working…
You can usually find me in nature with my partner, exploring the wild beauty of British Columbia on my dirt bike, snowmobile, or sea-doo. I also love snowboarding, hiking, camping + sitting by the fire, fishing, and paddleboarding. Road trips are my jam - discovering new towns, eating tasty food, sipping great coffee, scoping out dream homes, and collecting t-shirts. At home, we trade adventure gear for family time with our dog, Luna, and our cat, Keanu Reeves (who, despite our best efforts, is definitely a house cat!).
I also really enjoy…
Ongoing learning. I spend a lot of time reading, researching, listening to podcasts, taking new courses, and collaborating with colleagues. I am a nerd through and through!
One day I want to…
Own a retreat home in the mountains. Which is where I’ll get to combine all the things I love: people, relationship, food, adventure, outdoors, animals, fun, play, and learning.
How I got here…
Amanda Clegg, CNEP, CLC, M.NLP
My devotion for this work comes from my personal experiences and healing journey. With my history of trauma, addiction, and mental health struggles, I feel really blessed to be standing here today serving others.
When the Enneagram found me, I quickly developed a profound appreciation for this work and went on a deep dive study into myself. The person I was becoming in integrating this system into my life, my past, and my relationships is what led me to pursue the professional training. It healed me in ways I had been searching for and I knew that I needed to share it with others. My approach is firmly rooted in the belief that I need to be my own best client, this is what allows me to show up and support my clients in the ways they need. I am grateful to be a teacher, but I am first and foremost a lifelong student. It’s important to me that my clients know I’m in this with them, always.
I love, and am continuously thankful for, walking alongside individuals who are ready and motivated to use the Enneagram to heal and become who they are meant to be.
The space I create with my clients comes with the same intentionality that I have in my personal relationships – making sure that you feel seen, safe, and supported.
My motto is “Doing the deep work, with a light heart”. I bring groundedness, compassion, and humor, which blended together facilitates a space for healing to thrive. Using the Enneagram provides me with a map of transformation that is both tangible and practical, which allows you to truly experience the shifts in your daily life. As you embody what it means to put relationship first - you’ll feel more lightness, happiness, and closeness. And who doesn’t want that?!
