In my workshops and coaching with businesses, I specialize in working with companies and organizations who want to transform their working relationships, know themselves and each other better, and function as a cohesive team. I’ll guide you in using the Enneagram for powerful personal and professional growth and sustaining an environment where your employees are inspired, fulfilled, and committed.

I facilitate an accepting, inclusive, and energizing space where team members feel free to show up as their full selves. I am welcoming, knowledgeable, and intentional – and I’m passionate about helping your business thrive.

In our work together, I will design packages that are specifically tailored to the needs of your business. This can include workshops and panels in the realms of; Intro to the Enneagram, Understanding & Compassion, Healthy Communication, Conflict Navigation, Enhancing Leadership, Instincts & Subtypes, Strengths & Challenges of Each Type, Balancing the Centers of Intelligence for Optimal Performance, Transforming Defense Systems, Receiving Feedback, and Developing Well-Functioning Teams. Packages can also include Individual Enneagram Typing Interviews before workshops, Individual Enneagram Coaching to support your staff, and Group Coaching for Leaders to navigate working relationships with ease and efficacy.

How it works

Step 1.

Click the “Book a Consult” button and send me an email letting me know what service you’re inquiring about. From there, I’ll set up a free 30-minute Zoom consult where you can share about your business, ask questions, and if we’re a good fit - we’ll design an action plan together.

Step 2.

This is the fun stuff! On my end, I’ll create the workshops and facilitate the typing interviews (if that is a part of your package), and get to teaching your team about how to integrate the power of the Enneagram into their personal and professional lives.

Step 3.

I really value creating lasting relationships with the businesses that I work with so I will continue to be a resource that provides ongoing learning for you - whether that’s in the form of workshops, panels, or coaching. I’m here to support you!

What are panels?

Panels are a way of learning the Enneagram through the lived experience. This interview style method invites team members to be panelists, where they will be asked curated questions by me and given the opportunity to engage in self-reflection, which both loosens their type structure and teaches others about that type. As a facilitator, my intention is to bring the theory to life in a safe space. Witnessing others personal experience allows for a deeper level of understanding, healing, and connection to occur.

Do you create custom workshops?

Yes. Listed above you can see workshops that I have led so far, but part of what I really value is collaboration. When we meet together, I’ll learn about the needs and desires you have for your Enneagram training. This will allow me to design workshops that are tailored specifically for you. If you do choose a one of the pre-designed workshops, I will still adapt it to fit you and your business.
